Zahra, Kali, and Syd would never have met if their parents' marriages hadn't fallen apart. But when the three girls collide in group counseling, they discover they have something else in common: they've each been triple-timed by the same nefarious charmer, Eric, aka Rico, aka Rick. Talk about eye-opening therapy.
Cheerful, diplomatic Zahra is devastated. Rico had been her rock and sole confidant. How could she have missed the signs? Folksy, flirtatious Kali feels almost as bad. She and Rick had only been on a few dates, but they'd felt so promising. Hardened vintage-vixen Syd is beyond tears. She and Eric had real history... Or so she'd thought. Now all three girls have one mission: to show that cheater the folly of his ways.
Project Payback is such a success, the girls soon have clients lining up for their consulting services. Is your boyfriend acting shady? Dying to know if your crush is into you? Need match-making expertise? Look no further than Love, Inc.

My Thoughts
Being a major fan of chick lit novels, I knew that when I received Love, Inc it was just right for me. It was a great read. It had me laughing at loud, gripping the pages for more and wondering what could possibly go wrong next. I loved this!

Zahra believes she has the most perfect boyfriend. Rico is so sweet and caring. He always listens to her and is there for her. Especially, since her parents split. This then lead to group counseling helping her deal with her parents split. Here, she meets two other teenagers, Kali and Syd. They get along pretty fast and soon giggle about their amazing boyfriends. Zahra, Kali and Syd soon find out how loyal their boyfirends' are in this case, boyfriend.

I love all the characters. I particularly have a soft spot for Zahra, though. Her character is simply funny and entertaining. Her hone life even has the ups and downs too. I really don't know how she handles it. Because her family has Pakistani roots mixed with American customs, it makes everything much more different yet I loved seeing how everything would work out. Though, the best part I must admit was what Zahra and the girl got up to. They sure proved how payback is a bitch.

The best thing about Love, Inc was all the romance. I'm a sucker for love and it was written just great. Though, I did think the story dragged on abit but it was made up at the end. I wasn't disappointed. If you're looking  for a fun, light and amazing read, Love, Inc is perfect for you!

In the small college town of Morganville, vampires and humans lived in (relative) peace - until all the rules got rewritten when the evil vampire Bishop arrived, looking for the lost book of vampire secrets. He's kept a death grip on the town ever since. Now an underground resistance is brewing, and in order to contain it, Bishop must go to even greater lengths.

He vows to obliterate the town and all its inhabitants - the living and the undead. Claire Danvers and her friends are the only ones who stand in his way. But even if they defeat Bishop, will the vampires ever be content to go back to the old rules, after having such a taste of power?

My Thoughts
I am totally addicted to this series! It just gets even better book by book. Cain does a great job of continuing the action and giving us unexpected events.

In this book, everything is really going on fast. It is totally fast paced.  Also, Bishop plays his final move as the residents of Morganville hurry to take their stand. I cannot stand Bishop. He is so evil! But, Claire however, becomes a pawn in Amelie's and Bishop's game. I feel sorry for Claire she's stuck right in the middle not knowing how to play the game.

Claire and Shane. What can I say except... Finally! Their relationship definetly got stronger now! I love all their moments. Shane is just awesome as always and I love how he loves Claire as much as she loves him. Although, he never seems to admit it :(

I have always had mixed thoughts on Myrin. Sometimes he's bad and sometimes he's good. But, I love he's character and all his funny comments! He gives everything a touch of sarcasm and sometimes, it can be funny :)

All in all, another fantastic book. As always. I'm eagerly awaiting for the release of the next book- Fade out!

In the college town of Morganville, vampires and humans coexist in (relatively) bloodless harmony. Then comes Bishop, the master vampire who threatens to abolish all order, revive the forces of the evil dead, and let chaos rule. But Bishop isn’t the only threat.

Violent black cyclone clouds hover, promising a storm of devastating proportions as student Claire Danvers and her friends prepare to defend Morganville against elements both natural and unnatural...

My Thoughts
All the morganville books are peices of perfection. When I started reading this book however, I never got the same action and thrill as the other books. It was a bit slow paced for me.

BUT, as I explored more of Cain's story, I got into whatever was happening. Everything comes crashing down as the war between Amelie and Bishop continued. Basically, out of control! There was a vast amount of action in the book maknig me want to read more and more.

As always, some kind of romance is shown. Claire's and Shane's moments are the moments you can't wait for. I love it and especially since Shane's sweet side is revealed even more.

I am definetly continuing with this series and the ending... I was in shock! I did not see it coming... I need to read Carpe Corpus!

The wait is over. dig into the feast...

In the town of Morganville, vampires and humans live in relative peace. Student Claire Danvers has never been convinced, though especially with the arrival of Mr. Bishop, an ancient, old-school vampire who cares nothing about harmony. What he wants from the town's living and its dead is unthinkably sinister. It's only at a formal ball, attended by vampires and their human dates, that Claire realizes the elaborately evil trap he's set for Morganville...

My Thoughts
Yes yes and yes. Another fabulous book to the Morganville series. Cain hasn't let me down yet!
The story left off from where Bishop, Amelie's father arrives. More secrets are revealed. We find out what Bishop's real motive is and what he truly wants. Bishop's character being dark and sinister is very unnerving yet exciting to read about.

With each book Clare has definitely grown more and more. She's become more responsible and mature and that’s one of the main reasons I love her- Especially since she's still working for Amelie giving her a whole deal of work to do. It's so annoying though! How long is she going to work for her... I really do not like the whole idea of that. Amelie is okay and all but she's still one mean vampire.

Shane's 'problems' with Michael are much exciting. I love reading about them they have a lot to figure about and deal with and it's nice to see how they’re going day by day. Obviously, Shane's being a total jerk about the whole thing and Michael is well Michael. He's doing his best and well they'll be okay at the end. Just love those guys!

Cain has presented yet another thrilling reading with plenty of action and suspense. A fast paced and enthralling read. What's there not to love? Can't wait to read Lord of Misrule!

Claire Danvers's college town may be run by vampires but a truce between the living and the dead made things relatively safe. For a while. Now people are turning up dead, a psycho is stalking her, and an ancient bloodsucker has proposed private mentoring. To what end, Claire will find out. And it's giving night school a whole new meaning...
My Thoughts
This is another amazing addition to the Morganville series. It is just as good as the other two books!

As always, Caine was prefoemed her magic and made all the events in the book completely memorable. There are times that are funny and I just have to laugh otu loud. Action is displayed as always making the book more thrilling and enjoyable to read

Through each book the characters grow on my more and more. I love Shane and Clare. Although, Shane was a bit of a jerk at times in this book he came together at the end being the nice guy he is. Clare has signed an agreement with Amelia that lead to the introduction of Myrin, a new charactar.

Myrin. Mad scientist. You cannot get me started. He's just really freakishly werid. But a great character. He is what the book needed for that little bit of an edge bringing insanity, confussion and vulnerability. I have to admit, he did seem scary at first.

Micheal becomes 'different'.I can seem to decide whether it's good or bad. Maybe a bit of both. It'll be nice to see the badboy side of him now.

It's really hard not to give away any spoliers! Caine writes to perfection as The Morganville series really are all pieces of magic. You need them on your shelf!

Claire Danvers has her share of challenges. Like being a genius in a school that favours beauty over brains, homicidal girls in her dorm, and above all, finding out that her college town is overrun with vampires. On the up side she has a great roommate (who tends to disappear at sun-up), and a new boyfriend named Shane whose vampire- hunting dad has called in back-up: cycle punks who like the idea of killing just about anything...

Now the fraternity is throwing the Dead Girls’ Dance and surprise (!) Claire and her equally out-cast best friend Eve have been invited. When they find out why, all hell is going to break loose. Because this time both the living and the dead are coming out—and everybody’s hungry for blood...

My Thoughts
Alike Glass Houses, this book was big hit for me. If you havn't read the first book I assure you would be lost in this book.
I LOVED The Dead Girls’ Dance- obviously.

I was so incredibly relieved when I found out Michael wasn’t dead. Seriously, I was over the moon! I actually thought he died. It was nice seeing him and Eve bonding. So very cute!

I really hate Shane’s father, Frank. I mean he hates vampires because a vampire killed his wife. Yeah I get that. But it doesn’t mean he should go killing Michael (who by the way is totally innocent) and go hunting every damn vampire in Morganville. Come on!

Now Claire, Shane, Michael and Eve are in danger. Shane also got hit by Frank. I felt so sorry for him. The way Rachel Caine described his hits was unbearable.

The one thing I didn’t like about Dead Girl’s Dance was how Claire acted. She was told to stay in the house because she can get killed. But does she listen? No. Instead she insists on going college as she has to study. Claire is intelligent. Doesn’t act it as much in this book though. I still love her :)

This books packed with suspense, action and a hunger so unbearable you will just need to keep on reading. I hope Midnight Alley is as good!

It's a small college town filled with quirky characters. But when the sun goes down, the bad comes out. Because in Morganville, there is an evil that lurks in the darkest shadows - one that will spill out into the bright light of day.

Claire Danvers has had enough of her nightmarish dorm situation. The popular girls never let her forget just where she ranks on the school's social scene: somewhere less than zero. And Claire really doesn't have the right connections - to the undead who run the town.

When Claire heads off campus, the imposing old house where she finds a room may not be much better. Hew new roommates don't show many signs of life. But they'll have Claire's back when the town's deepest secrets come crawling out, hungry for fresh blood...
My Thoughts
I LOVE this book. I LOVE this series. I LOVE vampires.
This obviouslly shows how much I loved reading this book as it is really very great. From the very first page all the way to the end of the book each part and every part was interesting not at all boring.

All the characters were appealing I even liked the evil 'Monica Morrel'. Claire, the main character, is just wonderful. I totally love her. I like how she's into studying, how she cares a great deal about others and that shes a positive character. Her 'roommates' or rather 'housemates' are all great too. Micheal and Shane are simply down to earth hotties. Micheal is more of the serious one as he is the oldest and the house they're living in belongs to him. Shane loves his video games and chilli and he's very flirty. I adore Eve especially her style of clothing is just fab.

Claire and Shane are perfect for each other. To be honest, I really didn't expect them to get together. I always thought it would have been Micheal and Claire but Claire and Shane suit better, obviously!

The way Rachel Caine flowed the events of this book is amazing. It always keeps you guessing and that's what I love the best. However,I just really hate how at the end of the book, its not an ending but a spinoff so the ending carry's on to the next book. I find that really fustrating! Now, you have to wait for the next book. And, hear me now when I say the ending to this book is just alarming. I actually screamed.

I don't want to give anything else away. Find out yourself. I assure you, this is a book worth reading. Go buy it! :)

BEWARE THERE'S SPOILERS!

My Thoughts
OMG! All I can say was that this book is a BIG HIT! I swear down, it is a awesome book I loved it! Its full of action, romance, suspense- everything.

I loved the starting of the book. Especially because Claire thought a guy was hot other than Shane and Micheal. It just seemed so much nicer. But I stick with the fact that Shane and Claire are made for each other.

Claire killed a Vampire in self defence as like always there was a brawl. Humans get killed all the time and they don't make a big deal out of it. But,Amelia is so mean! I cannot believe she kept Claire awake for such a long time as punishment to put up the town barriers back up again. Blah Blah Blah. At least she wasn't in that other guys place boy has he done trouble. Everyone is losing their memories (even vampires) because the machine is malfunctioning. Micheal acted as if he didn't know anyone even Eve and Shane.

OMG! Shane was the worst. He completely didn't know Claire at all! Like she was a nobody. It was so sad. He thought that they just hooked up. But it was nice seeing Claire's and Shane's romance build up again from the very beginning. LOL! Even Micheal and Eve... they were so cute.

What I really hated was the agony Shane felt realising his mum and sister died also how they died and that his Dad was turned into a Vampire.

I was dieing! I just have to say it Frank Collins dies! I know you might think hes a baddy but when your read this book you see another caring person who sacrificed himself for the town. Shane was heart broken. There was this one line which he said which really hit me.
"it's too late for me to really love him now. That's what hurts."

OMG I CRIED! real actual tears. This was so sad for Shane. I mean seriously, those words just touched my heart. I love Shane. He's suffering so much. ):

Rachel Caine's cliffhanger are simply the best you know why? Myrin knows how to restore the Town's boundaries (they got destroyed in the fight)he tells Claire. Myrin always wanted to put a brain as the brain will always do the job. Care to guess who's brain he used? Too big a secret to give away.
Like I said. This a definite MUST READ!
