Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Read FATED!

1. It's by Sarah Alderson Guys! Come on!
I was instantly WOWed by her debut novel Hunting Lila not only that but Fated definitely went on my hit list too. You have just gotta love her writing. It's so believable and amazing.

2. LUUUUCCCCAAAASSSS :D
The main hottie! Ahhhhh he's so hot. Seriously, I love reading about him. He's one of the main reasons I carried on reading. Evie is a lucky girl! Though, I'm more head over heels on Alex from Hunting Lila. So that shows you should so so read Hunting Lila too. OK!

3. A hot hot hot romance.
Lucas and Evie! You can see the chemistry. It is going and going. Evie is one lucky girl and a hell of a protagonist too. Ohh, Can't miss a good romance can you now?

4. Shapeshifters. Demons. Vampires. Do I need to say any more?
Talk about a whole lot of paranormalcy! And when there's paranormals there's always some kick ass. You got it! Action that reaches you to the very core. So exhilarating and especially when there's some Lucas involved. *sigh*

5. The whole 'I love you but I have to kill you' idea!
This never gets old does it! Like come on, just sitting there and reading and seeing how everything would progress. Do they kill each other? What happens! The uncertainty kills you. I was most definitely on my toes with Fated you never knew what was going to happen.

.
My Thoughts
I found this book totally adorable. It is quite amazing. If like me you are the kind of person that loves an irresistible romance with a fantastic storyline to give it that edge than this book is worth indulging.

Megan is drawn towards Adam and sees quite a few unreal, strange things happen that make her curious as well as grabbing the curiosity of the reader. When she finds out the truth her world is turned around and she discovers a new enchanting aspect to her life.

Its a real cool love story involving great magical powers and prophecies to keep you entertained. The relationship between Megan and the mysterious Adam is gripping because their love is forbidden but nothing can get in the way of true love. Can it?  The book is that more exhilarating to see Megan and Adam fight for each other, nor matter what the future may hold they will always stick together.

All the characters are great and keep the story moving. My favourite part of the book would be all the cool things that the characters do with there powers and the way the scenes are described. The only thing which I didn't enjoy were the information overload at times but apart from that it was a awesome piece of writing.

The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past...bridged two irreconcilable worlds...faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust...and all for a love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth. Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for—and their love—forever.

My Thoughts
I simply adore the Hush Hush series. Crescendo definitely left me craving for more. And so after a whole year of waiting for Silence, as soon as I got the chance to read it, I left everything I was doing to read this book. I was just hoping and praying that everything would work out between Patch and Nora!

Silence left off from Crescendo. In this installation of the Hush Hush series, Nora and Patch have been captured by the Black Hand. Knowing Patch, he'll want to do everything in his power to save Nora and so he does by striking a deal to keep her safe. Nora then wakes up in a cemetery with no memory of the past few months. She can't remember anything and so she doesn't remember Patch!! Eventually, bits and pieces are brought back to her as she tries to figure out who kidnapped her and who in the world is Jeff?

As a complete sucker for romance, I have to admit how much I loved all the Patch and Nora moments. I especially enjoyed seeing how she got to know Patch all over again. You get to see how their relationship develops once again with all the chemistry and boy is it something!

The action is all egde-of-the-seat happenings. Ahhh I have got to say, Fitzpatrick did have me going for quite some time. It was all good and every much unnerving. Though, Crescendo has to be my all time favourite.

As soon as I finished Silence, I felt mixture of emotions. Disappointment yet excitement. I was disappointed mainly because Silence didn't finish there, you got it, it doesn't end here like we thought it would. There's another book. And that's where my excitement kicks in. Another book with more Pacth? Hell yeah!

Featuring necklaces made of wishes; an underground shop dealing in teeth; magical tattoos; a wishbone on a cord, DAUGHTER OF SMOKE AND BONE is a thrilling story about Karou and her secret life as an apprentice to a wishmonger. Karou manages to keep her two lives in balance. On the one hand, she is a seventeen-year-old art student in Prague; on the other, errand-girl to an inhuman creature who deals in wishes and is the closest thing she has to family. Her life is surrounded by mysteries she is desperate to unveil.

My Thoughts
When I received Daughter of Smoke and Bone, I didn't give it much thought. Well, except that I absolutely loved the ARC cover it's a deep purple and so so nice! The final cover for the UK is ookay but I prefer the US one which is just WOW. So, was the book as smashing as the cover? Yes. Yes. YES!

17 year old Karou is an art student. She loves to paint and draw whilst being stuck in a sticky ex-boyfriend relationship. And, that's just one half of her parallel life. On the side, lies secrets and magic. Karou is an orphan who was raised by loving demons and so she grew up by spending most of her time in a demon, Brimstone,'s workshop. Occasionally, she would run errands for him until one day she was confronted with someone. Akiva.

I wasn't sure that Daughter of Smoke and Bone was a book I would enjoy. Demons? Not my thing. But the next thing I knew I was flicking pages and was instantly entrapped into this extraordinary world. It is utterly unique and I loved it! I was especially interested to see how the angel/demon idea will work out. It was all fantasy making everything even more fascinating.

Yet, I was more drawn to the romance. It was the most perfect love. It was really hard to grasp what will happen next in their relationship and how it will continue. But then we're kicked in with Taylor's awe-ing writing and you can't help but love the way they see each other.

Daughter of Smoke and Bone was run with suspence and thrill. It was definetly action packed and I especially liked the part where Karou learns more about herself by opening more doors to her past and reexperiencing it all over again. Plus there was more and more of Akiva! (Oh and don't you just love their names! How unique.)

What hit me hard the most was the ending it was just spectacular yet twice as much nerve wracking. Special, engaging and beautiful Daughter of Smoke and Bone will sweep you off your feet leaving you completely breathless. Bravo!
