A Need for Book News (2)

A Need for Book News is a weekly feature I thought of doing displaying recent book related news that have been announed during the week! For previous Book News posts, click here.
Take a look at all the awesome bookish things! :D

COVER ALERT

The cover for The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa has already been released a long time ago but now recently, Julie Kagawa revealed the back of The Iron Knight! I personally LOVE the front! Ash is everything I imagined him to be and as you can guess the back is Puck! Puck's character is just so great but I'm not a big fan of the back cover. I suppose you can recognise it's Puck but it's not as great as the front.
What do you think?

WOW at Incarnate and Delirium. I've read Delirium and yes, it's just so aweomse and now I can't wait to read Incarnate! Great Covers... don't ya think?

TRAILERS

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 ! OMG this is like the FINAL trailer ever from the Harry Potter series and oh the final movie too! If you hav't watched it, then what are you waiting for? It's simply EPIC! :D

OTHER NEWS

Pottermore
Recently, POTTERMORE was revealed to everyone. And so everyone is wondering and wondering... what exactly IS POTTERMORE? I guess we'll all find out as JK Rowling announces it on the 23rd of June! I'm so so curious! All we know that there's not going to be another book but somthing even better? What can it possibly be! Waddya think it is?
_____________
Second book to Divergent is titled

INSURGENT
Heres what Veronica had to say on her blog:
This post really wouldn't be complete without a dictionary definition, so here it is:
INSURGENT.
Origin: 1755–65; < Latin insurgent- (stem of insurgēns ) present participle of insurgere: to get up, ascend, rebel.

1. a person who rises in forcible opposition to lawful authority, especially a person who engages in armed resistance to a government or to the execution of its laws; rebel.
2. a member of a section of a political party that revolts against the methods or policies of the party.
3. one that acts contrary to the established leadership (as of a political party, union, or corporation) or its decisions and policies
4. (international law) a person or group that rises in revolt against an established government or authority but whose conduct does not amount to belligerency
Not all of those definitions are equally applicable to the book-- some are more spot-on than others. But I won't tell you which ones yet.
Now all I have to do is finish! Back to the writing cave!

Some great news this week! Awesome stuff! Right?

  3. Ooooh thanks so much for this post! I can't wait for the last HP movie. *Noooooo!* And I wonder what Pottermore is! I wish it was another book, though... Thanks for letting me know about it! I'm not sure if I like the new Delirium cover... It's not as nice as the original, I think. I agree, the front cover for The Iron Knight is wayyyyyyy nicer then the back! Thanks for this post.
